A IOC (IoT Operations Center) was implemented in order to get status/health/tamper reports and alarms of the whole fleet and also a system for mass OTA upgrades and operations.
A part from the OTA updates, the firmware of the devices can accept signed commands and firmware updates on the field using a simple USB pendrive.
The device can be put in install mode allowing the use of any modern cellphone to quickly and easily enroll, test, diagnose and manage the device on site without physically attaching cables.
